Concept
Illustrate an Italian travel poster highlighting a cultural experience without typography. I wanted to capture the idea of a calm, daily activity that makes the viewer want to just jump in. I was enamored by the idea of eating right by the water with no railings, so I included those elements in the poster.
Process
Once I blocked everything in, it was a matter of getting the little details right for the style I was going for. I kept redoing the chair and then the figure to make it better.
